I wanted to express our appreciation for a wonderful experience with you and your staff once again. You repaired our 2005 Ford Escape almost 2 years ago due to a deer collision; part of that repair was a new A/C condenser. In July, my A/C wasn’t working, and remembering the lifetime warranty that you provide, I returned to your shop. As always, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. When I left the vehicle for the day, you told me that the condenser replacement would be covered if it was a manufacturer’s defect. Fully prepared to write a check for about $400 to you, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that it was in fact, a defect, and that it was 100% covered by your warranty.
Your honesty is refreshing; I would never have known either way, and it is so nice to know that your team can be trusted!!! Everyone that my wife and I know will hear about your shop and our experience. Thank you. I spent 35 years in the auto repair industry and was a member of the Board of Directors of Tuffy Service Centers, Inc., so I know all about franchisees and retail repair, and you make the automotive franchise repair industry proud!

After an accident, you never like to deal with getting your car repaired and the medical visits to get yourself back to normal. This location handled my claim professionally and timely and made it easy on me. They made my car look fabulous again and even detailed the interior. The smell inside of my car is better today than when it was when I drove it off the car lot brand new. I am also impressed with the monthly free car washes for a year.
